Smart Break Intervention Study

A four month Smart Break Intervention Study with 45 participants from two companies. Key results: improved mobility, increased muscle strength, less resting pain, lower blood pressure, more energy, increased motivation to move after the work day

Smart Break Survey

The Smart Break workplace exercise solution was tested in three different work locations for 3-4 months. After the intervention a survey was conducted among the participants. Key results: 96% considered that the Smart Break workouts were suitable, 86% felt more energized by Smart Break, 58% felt that Smart Break improved the atmosphere at the workplace, 97% would recommend Smart Break to others.
